End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are well known in the material handling business for their extreme flexibility. These machines have superior performance characteristics which are quite like sit-down electric forklift units.
These forklift units are great for warehouse settings which have limited space. The space required to operate these equipment are less than the three-wheel electric lift truck truck needs. These machines are an excellent option for applications which require regular on and off access, because their stand-up design is an excellent characteristic.
The reach truck is a loading machine used by various companies who maintain a storage facility that involves the arrangement of finished products on pallets and supplies that are stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides simple and safe retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also an excellent option for people who prefer to store pallets of products they do not need yet in an efficient and safe way.
The basic reach truck unit is outfitted with an out-rigging mechanism located on the front of the truck. A set of telescoping tines which move down and up are mounted to the out-rigging. The blades also have a hydraulic system which enables the operator to lift the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not only offers a lot more balance to the overall load, but makes it really easy for the reach truck to move into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
After the reach truck finds the shelves which are designated for the pallet, the hydraulics enable the blades to swing into place and lower the pallet into the shelving, sliding the pallet into position. Usually, a reach truck will easily fit into an aisle that is less than 10 feet across without difficulty, so long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
